Whitney has a fantastic attention to detail. So much so, that many of my questions were already answered in her detailed packet that she sent me prior to my trip! It was priceless to not have to think about all of the logistical details, payments, etc. Whitney very much took into consideration of our priorities. Due to health reasons, we needed to plan a trip that we could cancel last minute, if necessary. Whitney was sure to purchase tickets, excursions, and hotels that I could cancel at the last minute! She even guided me through international insurance options as well. I was particularly blown away when a hotel tried to call me about a bill: by the time I got to my phone to see that the hotel had called me, Whitney WattsApp messaged me saying that she had already nearly resolved the issue! She asked my permission before using my credit card to fix the problem. It was great to know that I barely needed to lift a finger to fix that problem!

Personally, I’ve never used a travel agent for any of my trips but this was the first time I did and it was a smooth process. Megan was super thorough, patient (because we were lagging towards the end slightly) and just all around excellent in her approach! She asked my boyfriend and I all kinds of questions to gauge what my boyfriend and I liked and things we’d want to do while on vacation! We were kind of all over the place but she was excellent in providing nothing but the best service! Once everything was booked for our trip, she gave us a folder with all of the information we’d need. She was readily available in case we needed her for anything but we tried not to bother after all the hard work she put into our trip. I’d totally book another trip, if not all, with Megan! Megan organized my trip to Greece. We went to Crete, Santorini, Mykonos, and with a private boat we went Paros and Antiparos. Megan organized everything and nothing went wrong. We also did activities while in Greece such as ATV, Private photo shoot, boat cruise, private boat cruise for a day and Magen made all this happen. She planed every little detail and it was done in a way that my trip went very smoothly. Also from Greece they contacted Megan to change the day of my cruise due to weather conditions and she was able to set up everything without bothering me. All I received was a text from her to confirm the changes. It was wonderful my vocation was not ruined or my time was not waist on a phone calls, everything was handled by Megan.
