2. Travel Advisors curate a fully customizable travel itinerary dedicated to your unique travel plans and interests.

3. Based on their many years of experience and connections within the travel industry, Travel Advisors often have access to exclusive promotions, discounts, and perks for their travelers.

Depending on the size and complexity of your trip, your Travel Advisor may charge a Planning Fee (can range from $25 to $125 per person). However, with their years of experience and connections within the travel industry, they can often find you the least expensive travel package that fits your needs, or, find you packages that offer bonus amenities and perks during your trip, ultimately saving you money. Most importantly, you will win back your time.

A travel advisor can make Flight-Only bookings, however, since airlines do not typically pay Travel Advisors, a small Planning Fee may be collected (starting at $25 per person).

Palmhera Travel Group follows strict legal and ethical guidelines to ensure the security of your travel plans and personal information. Palmhera Travel vets suppliers thoroughly to ensure all bookings are made with legitimate suppliers. Any personal information collected is stored on a PCI-compliant database.

Plamhera Travel can book travel to almost anywhere in the world! We often book travelers to destinations like Hawaii, Europe, and Central America, but also work with suppliers in destinations throughout Asia, Africa, and even Antarctica! If there is a bookable accommodation located in-destination or a cruise ship that ports there, we can book it for you.

Palmhera Travel is not a member-based organization. Anyone can call our Palmhera Travel Advisors for assistance.

Your Travel Advisor will be sure to share all Supplier Changes and Cancellation Policies with you upon booking. Every Supplier has their own cancellation policy. If a need to cancel arises, your Palmhera Travel Advisor will be sure to help you modify or cancel those plans. Palmhera Travel does not charge you any additional Cancellation or Change Fees, only the ones imposed by the Suppliers.

Yes, we have several advisors that specialize in group rates and contracts.

To join Palmhera Travel Group, you will be charged a one-time $99 start-up fee. After that, you will be charged monthly based on your Membership Tier. See our Pricing page for details.

Palmhera Travel Advisors will ALWAYS offer you Travel Protection options. We can present a variety of quotes based on the number of travelers, trip cost, and amount of coverage desired. We use our preferred Travel Protection companies like Allianz and Chubb Travel, but have access to many others if you have a favorite one. Our suppliers often have different plans, some of which include Cancel For Any Reason policies, Emergency Medical/Evacuation coverage, Lost Baggage coverage, and more. For specific coverage-related questions, your Travel Advisor will refer you to the Insurance Company to speak with a licensed Insurance Agent.

At this time, Palmhera Travel cannot make bookings with Air BnB properties or other similar vacation rental companies. However, we have access to similar accommodations like luxury villa rentals, etc that we can assist you with.

We are not a timeshare nor do we support timeshares. However, there are some properties we book that may have timeshare options at the destination. We are not involved in the timeshare selling process nor do we make any sort of commission on any timeshare purchases.

Yes, if there is one available to answer your call. Otherwise leave a voicemail and a live person will call you back. All Palmhera Advisors reside in the United States, but may be traveling and working from a different time zone.

Using a Travel Advisor is very simple!

  • 1. Call or email us!
  • a. During your initial consultation, your Travel Advisor will ask you numerous questions about your travel plans including your likes, dislikes, budget restrictions and bucket-list items. We do our best to gather the whole picture of what you want out of your trip to avoid booking you a mundane, cookie-cutter experience.

  • 2. Pick your Proposal options.
  • a. Your Travel Advisor will take time to research different options for your unique travel plans and present these options to you in a Proposal. At this time, you can choose which options will best suit your travel party’s needs, or, ask for more options if none of them are to your liking.

  • 3. Submit payment.
  • a. Your Travel Advisor will ask to collect your preferred payment method and will make payments directly to the vendor using your card information. All payment information is securely stored on our PCI-compliant database. For all Supplier payments, your funds will never touch your Travel Advisor’s bank account before being paid to the vendor.

  • 4. Review all confirmations.
  • a. Once paid for, your Travel Advisor will then send you any confirmations received and compile all confirmation numbers and important information into one easy-to-read Trip Itinerary. Your Travel Advisor will make sure that you are fully ready to depart on your trip.

  • 5. Need to make changes?
  • a. Your Travel Advisor is there to assist you at any time leading up to or during your trip. If anything arises that requires a change in plans, your Travel Advisor will assist you.

All Supplier payments are made directly to the supplier with your Credit Card information. Therefore, if your card company offers point accruals on travel purchases, you will earn them.

If you have a Frequent Flyer account with an airline, provide it to your Travel Advisor. Most third-party air bookings will allow airline point accruals, but not all of them do. If it is important to you to accrue miles, please disclose that to your Travel Advisor early on.

You can book virtually any type of travel with us. Examples of travel we book include:

Airline Tickets, Hotels/Resorts, Villa Rentals, Ocean Cruises, River Cruises, Ground Transfers, Car Rentals, Activities/Tours, Yacht Rentals, Private Jets, Travel Protection, and more!
